Meeting of the Scientific Center of Eastern Linguistics of TSIOS

On October 4, 2018, was held a regular meeting of the Scientific Center of Eastern Linguistics of TSIOS. It was attended by the head of the scientific center, doctor of philological sciences, prof. A.Kuranbekov (chairman), doctor of philological sciences, prof. Kh. Islamdjanova (vice-chairman), members of the scientific center – candidates of philological sciences, associate professors A.Karimov, H.Alimova, S. Nurmatov, M.Abdurahmonova, D.Akhmedova, PhD Kim Natalia, N.Holmurzaeva, S. Kosimova, heads of departments U.Muhibova, Sh.Shomusarov, U.Maksumova and secretary of the center Sh.Tulaganova.

The issue of forming the directions of academic schools in the departments of the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies was on the agenda.

On this issue, the views of the chairman of the center, Ph.D., prof. A. Kuranbekov and of other members of the research center were discussed. It was decided that the basis of final qualification works and master’s theses should be formed on the basis of the directions of the language departments and the topics of final qualification works and master’s theses will be confirmed at the next meeting of the scientific center.
