At faculty of “Economy of foreign countries and country study” was hold round table discussion that was devoted to the “Spiritual enlightenment basis in struggling against corruption at the Universities”. Rector of Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies doctor of philology, professor A.Mannonov, vice-rector of spiritual enlightenment affairs Sh.Aripov, prosecutor assistance of Mirobod district Z.Shoumarova, teaching staff and students took part at event.

At round table was discussed the problem of corruption which is cause of damages of economical development of the country, weakening of democratic institutes, breaks economical order and shakes people faith. Also at event was suggested an idea about necessity of joining efforts at the international level with participation of states, governments and international organizations in struggling against corruption.
