Rector’s greetings

Dear students! You have set a goal of mastering oriental studies!

For this purpose, I kindly ask you:

• to be able to meet the requirements of the world, have comprehensive knowledge, excellent knowledge of foreign languages of the east and west, as well as the culture, history, philosophy, economics and culture of the near, middle and far east, as well as south and central asia.

• You need to be a patriot-modern orientalist who has high goals and deep knowledge  in socio-political processes, and international politics;

• to respect universal and national values and traditions and be tolerant of social and cultural differences;

• to work on raising the intellectual and cultural level and achieve the spiritual and physical development of the individual;

• to demonstrate commitment to the goal, considering ethical and legal

standards and obligations;

• to be able to master the latest developments in science and technology in your chosen field, be able to regularly monitor and analyze data on global computer networks, and be ready to clearly demonstrate your humane and patriotic position;

• to respect the moral and legal standards that you must adhere to as a member of the community, and strive to achieve the highest goal that you set for yourself, putting the interests of the community above personal interests, kindness and generosity that should be made valuable in your life;

Wherever you are, you need to be a selfless, patriotic person who puts the interests of the country first.  I wish you all great courage, luck and success in continuing the traditions of famous orientalists who have contributed to the development of our country and spread its fame around the world.
